Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods such as product launches, campaigns and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship only to Norway. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size and weight, and the selected shipping method. All applicable shipping fees are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Orders normally arrive within 1–4 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, weather conditions or other factors outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at kundeservice.untold@gmail.com. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping costs may apply if you would like it resent.
