Returns

We offer a 30-day return period for physical products, including sale items. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. This extends the statutory 14-day withdrawal period under Norwegian law.

To notify us of a return, email kundeservice.untold@gmail.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not required. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Please send the items back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You do not need to wait for approval to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

You may inspect the items to establish their nature, characteristics and function. If handling goes beyond what is necessary for this inspection and reduces the value of the items, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from your refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Please package your return securely, preferably using the original packaging where possible. Original packaging is not a requirement for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping when returning an item because you have changed your mind. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at kundeservice.untold@gmail.com as soon as you discover the issue. Include your order number and, where possible, photos showing the problem.

We will help resolve the issue and cover necessary return shipping costs where the complaint is justified. Our voluntary return period does not limit your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.

Refunds

We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have provided proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost. Any additional cost for a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the refund visible in your account.
